2023/2024 SCHOOL YEAR INCOME APPLICATIONS NOW

While participating in the Universal Feeding program to provide one breakfast and one lunch daily to all students for FREE we request that all families complete the 2024/25 SCHOOL YEAR INCOME APPLICATION.

*** Data collected from the above application is needed for Supplemental FUNDING for school site student programs. Approved income based free or reduced-price eligibility assists with eligibility for specific grants, as well as assistance with student(s) AP test and college application fee waivers, P-EBT benefits, discount/free school bus passes, and additional household discounts for some utilities.  

Information collected remains confidential. 

This application can be completed anytime during the school year.

*Note: If the Meal Application is not complete, then completion of the Household Income Data Collection form is required. (However, the alternative form will not qualify your family for assistance with AP testing fees, or college application fee waivers if eligible).

RETURNING STUDENTS WHO HAVE MONEY AVAILABLE IN MEAL ACCOUNTS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THESE FUNDS DURING SERVING PERIODS.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
