Last Thursday, April 25, 2024, the Analy Culinary and Woodshop career technical education (CTE) programs competed in the Spark the Future Student Showcase. The Spark the Future event is hosted by the CTE Foundation, a non-profit based out of Santa Rosa whose mission is " innovating the education-to-career experience to strengthen student success."
Each year, the CTE Foundation hosts the Spark the Future event to showcase student work in career technical education in schools across the county and fundraise for their programs. Each class that participates in the showcase receives a grant and attendees can increase that grant by voting for their favorites! Our culinary program provided event goers with Asian street food appetizers and won the most votes. The culinary program is now back-to-back to champions of the CTE Foundation Student Showcase Award!
