Congratulations to our band students for a successful weekend of performances at the Apple Blossom Parade and the Cal Music Ed. Performance Festival. Orchestra and Symphonic band students received scores of "Excellent" and "Unanimous Superior," respectively. Unanimous Superior is the highest score a group can achieve at the Cal Music Ed. Tomorrow begins our Student Film Festival, which includes this year's "Only in West County Films" and other student work from this year and previous years. Tickets are $5 in advance or at the door. The show runs from 6:30-8:30 pm. Tomorrow's show is at the Analy Theater, and Thursday's is at the El Molino Performing Arts Center. Our woodshop class is having a fundraiser selling Doug Fir coasters, picnic tables, and benches. The deadline to order is April 30th, and the turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. Supplies are limited, so make sure to place your orders now! All proceeds benefit the Analy Woodshop program. Cash, check, or credit card payments can be made upon purchase.
